APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Application to the summer program is made using our online application form. You will be asked to fill in required fields, and will not be able to save the form to complete later once you have begun the process. Please make sure to prepare:
- Statement of Interest and Experience - To help you in the selection of an appropriate course, please write a concise description of your previous art and glass experience, your current skill level and describe your interest in each class or instructor with whom you hope to work. (500 word max.) You will be asked to copy and paste this into the application form.
- If you are applying ONLY for Hands on History - In statement of interest and experience field, type "Hands on History Only". No further statement is required.

After you have submitted your online application, if you have provided an email address, you will receive an email confirming that your application has been submitted successfully. WAITING LISTS
Waiting lists are maintained for all filled classes. Applicants will be contacted when space becomes available.
APPLICATION FEES
A nonrefundable $45 application fee will be charged when you apply.
The online 2012 Summer Program Application must be completed with all required information, and submitted along with a US$45 application fee (payable by credit or debit card online). If you wish to pay your US$45 application fee by check, please print the registration confirmation form that you will receive in your confirmation email, and mail it along with the check to:
