At the end of this year, Artistic Director Tina Aufiero will be leaving Pilchuck Glass School to continue her artistic practice after six years of service and creative foresight in advancing programs for the school.

Immersive Glassmaking Retreat for High School Artists

Program leaders from Pilchuck Glass School and Hilltop Artists teamed up to plan a three-day, two-night retreat experience for thirty Hilltop students and staff. Supported by Pilchuck’s renowned glassmaking facilities and faculty, participants received housing, meals, instruction by professional artists, and an ample supply of glassmaking materials.

Pilchuck Welcomes Christopher Taylor as Executive Director

The Pilchuck Glass School board is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher R. Taylor as incoming Executive Director. After a six-month international search led by Arts Consulting Group in partnership with the Pilchuck Board of Trustees, Taylor was chosen to lead the school as it approaches its 50th anniversary (2021) and beyond.
