Pilchuck Glass School is a small arts non-profit employing between thirteen and fifteen year-round staff. During the summer months the School has many seasonal opportunities to work on campus. Throughout the year there are myriad volunteer opportunities to help with special fundraising events, to act as docents for campus tours, and to provide assistance for special projects, such as the Poleturners Union. From time to time Pilchuck supervises interns in the course of completing special projects or in learning various aspects of arts nonprofit administration as part of degree requirements.
