Crafts Persons in Residence, also known as gaffers, are highly accomplished artists who, via glass blowing, perform the vital role of executing the creative visions of Pilchuck artists in residence and instructors. They demonstrate a deep understanding of glass blowing as well as artistic versatility while solving certain technical challenges. Pilchuck invites 2 Crafts Persons in Residence for each of the five summer sessions.
