Josh Gelfand owns and operates
Revolution Glass Studio in El Segundo, California. A graduate
of San Francisco State University, Gelfand has worked full-time
with glass since 1995. Prior to opening Revolution Glass,
he trained in glassblowing at San Francisco State University,
Pilchuck, and the Penland School of Crafts. He is the recipient
of several scholarships, and in the summer of 2001, he served
as apprentice to artist Italo Scanga. Gelfand has taught workshops
at Revolution Glass Studio and Public Glass, and his work
has been exhibited in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.
