Cristy Aloysi studied
ceramics and painting at Skidmore College. While in
school, she discovered glass through an internship with
a local studio and was hooked. She went on to study
at UrbanGlass, The Studio at the Corning Museum of Glass,
and Pilchuck Glass School. Aloysi’s passion for
painting finally found its place with the medium of
glass when she was introduced to Paradise™ paints.
She likes to paint a variety of subject matter on glass
but is most captivated by the human face and body. This
piece was created using the graal technique.
