Althea Holden works primarily in cast glass and metal. She received her B.F.A. in 1994 from Alfred University. Since 1996, she has worked for Mitchell Gaudet at Studio Inferno in New Orleans and is currently working toward her M.F.A. at Tulane University. She has been a Pilchuck staff member since 1996 and was also a teaching assistant for Mitchell Gaudet in 1998.
